ZFeng 310 Series 0.75Kw General Vector Variable Frequency Drive
General vector frequency converter is a power electronic device that controls the speed by adjusting the power supply frequency of the motor, and its core is vector control technology. This technology decomposes the stator current of the motor into excitation component and torque component, and controls the magnetic field and torque separately, achieving control accuracy comparable to DC motors.
The ZF310 series is a new generation of general-purpose variable frequency drive independently developed by our company, dedicated to meeting the high-performance variable frequency control requirements of low-power range asynchronous AC induction motors. The product is suitable for single-phase 220V or three-phase 380V, using space voltage vector control technology and DSP control system to enhance the reliability and stability of the product. It has excellent acceleration and deceleration performance and fast dynamic response, adapts to high temperature, high humidity, dust and other application sites. At the same time, the book style design saves installation space.

Selection and Precautions
- Power matching: The rated power of the frequency converter should be ≥ the rated power of the motor, with a reserved margin of 10% -20%.
- Load type: For constant torque loads (such as cranes), high overload capacity models should be selected.
- Environmental adaptation: High protection level products should be selected for harsh environments (humid, dusty).
- Function extension: Select advanced functions such as integrated PID control and communication interface (Modbus/CANopen) according to requirements.
