The constant pressure air supply type fan frequency converter developed and produced by our company is a frequency conversion speed control device specially designed for fans, aiming to achieve constant air pressure output and optimize system energy efficiency by adjusting the fan speed. Its core functions include pressure closed-loop control, energy-saving operation, soft start, and multi-level protection mechanism, which are widely used in industrial ventilation, building air conditioning, environmental protection equipment, and other fields.
The constant pressure air supply fan frequency converter monitors the air duct pressure in real time through a built-in pressure sensor and compares it with the set value. Using PID control algorithm to dynamically adjust the output frequency of the frequency converter, thereby changing the fan speed. When the system pressure is lower than the set value, the frequency converter increases the output frequency to increase the air volume; When the pressure is higher than the set value, reduce the frequency to decrease the air volume and ensure stable air pressure.

Automatically adjust the speed according to actual air volume requirements to avoid the phenomenon of "big horse pulling small car", with an energy-saving rate of up to 20%~50%.
Equipped with sleep mode, it automatically reduces the speed or stops at low loads, further reducing energy consumption.
- Soft start and soft parking
The starting current is ≤ 1.5 times the rated current to reduce the impact on the power grid and machinery.
Gradually reduce the speed when parking to avoid water hammer effect or mechanical vibration.
- Multi level protection mechanism
Overload protection: automatically limits output current to prevent motor overheating.
Overvoltage/undervoltage protection: Monitor the voltage of the power grid and automatically shut down in case of abnormalities.
Phase loss protection: detects three-phase input, immediately alarms and shuts down when there is a phase loss.
Ground fault protection: Real time monitoring of ground current to ensure equipment safety.
