ACI Heavy Load Blower Dedicated Variable Frequency Converter
The heavy-duty fan dedicated frequency converter is a frequency conversion speed control device designed specifically for fans operating under heavy-duty conditions. It combines the high overload capacity of the heavy-duty frequency converter with the dedicated control function of the fan frequency converter, and can adapt to the large inertia and frequent start stop requirements of the fan load. It is widely used in heavy industries such as metallurgy, mining, power, and chemical engineering.
Main features
- High overload capacity
Capable of instantaneous overload with a rated current of 150% -200%, meeting the surge current requirements during fan start-up or stalling.
For example, in the event of a sudden change in fan load or blockage of the air duct, the frequency converter can withstand short-term overload without tripping.
- Vector control technology
By using field oriented vector control (FOC) or direct torque control (DTC), low-speed high torque output is achieved to ensure stable operation of the fan at low frequencies (such as 5Hz).
Suitable for scenarios where fans require frequent speed regulation or low-speed operation.
- Fan specific functions
Anti surge control: Built in surge prediction algorithm, avoids fan surge by adjusting speed or guide vane angle.
PID automatic adjustment: supports closed-loop control of pressure, flow, etc., achieving constant pressure air supply or constant flow operation.
Speed start function: allows the frequency converter to start directly without stopping when the fan rotates due to inertia.

Strengthen heat dissipation design (such as duct optimization, intelligent air cooling) to adapt to harsh environments such as high temperatures and dust.
Key components such as IGBTs and capacitors adopt industrial grade or heavy-duty specifications to extend their service life.
